Background Dr. Mrs. Chiadika Inono Omoruyi, the Ag. Head of the Department of Environmental Management and Toxicology is a Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Management and Toxicology in the University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria. She is an Alumnus of the great University of Benin, where she obtained her B.Sc (Hons) M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Chemistry respectively.
Dr. Mrs. Omoruyi is a member of Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN) and has publications to her credit in national and international journals. She has attended conferences and seminars and delivered talks on scientific issues in Nigeria. Her area of interest includes air quality assessment, persistent organic pollutants, water quality assessment and soil quality assessment.
Omoruyi is an ardent reader and prolific writer, whose motivation is Adonai, her drive for excellence, being productive and consciously adding value in life and academics. She is married to Mr Nosa Omoruyi, and the union is blessed with three children.
